Vero Beach

Christmas in Vero is great and people just don't know what they're missing when they wish for a white Christmas. We absolutely love the warm weather, going to the beach, fishing, boating, seeing friends, and especially not having to wear jackets, gloves, scarves, boots, long underwear, wool socks, and hats (all at the same time). Christmas was great this year and we were also able to celebrate my grandmother's 86th birthday today (the 28th). In a couple of days we'll leave to go down to the keys and do our diver certification dives. We'll be diving at John Pennekamp Park in Key Largo which is the oldest protected coral reef and is supposed to be absolustely beautiful.
