So much of our time the last three days has been consumed by the diving fiasco and we have decided to lay it to rest for the time being so we don't lose the rest of our vacation time. But rest assured, it will still be pursued when we get home.
Yesterday we were gone from 6am-5:30pm on a rafting trip. In total it was about 50 rapids and 4 hours of rafting. It was a total blast. Jason has never done rafting and I think he might be hooked now. We traveled on the beautiful Pacuare River. We don't have pictures but believe me, it was a beautiful site. Tons of primary forest. There was a lodge there that you can only get to by traveling down the river - that seems like a really cool adventure to keep in mind for the future. I fell out once and got popped in the eye by the helmet in front of me so I might have a black eye by the time we get home.
We were thinking about going to Panama for a little bit today, but there's not much right over the border. So I think we're going to go visit a chocolate house, ride bikes, boogie board and relax on the beach, and enjoy our last day on the Caribbean side. Tomorrow we'll be driving back to San Jose. Wish us luck! (With one tire slashed and another flat, what else can happen? Stay tuned...)

Enjoy the beach. There's a 60% chance of snow on Saturday here in Kansas. - Tom
